Customers Own Goods (COG)
Lawrence Dry Cleaners understands the evolving commercial laundry market and the demands placed on the hospitality industry. Our experienced team specialise in COG, hotel and table linen. We also offer a 24 HR turnaround service, 7 days a week.
Lawrence are continually reviewing and improving our service, laundry procedures and laundry equipment. We take ownership and responsibility for your linen.
All of your linen is received, sorted, laundered and returned to you. Our Factory team have clear guidelines to care for your linen. We understand and appreciate that the initial and on going linen investment required to operate a COG Linen program is a large investment for any hotel operation.
The Lawrence team can also assist with setting up your own linen trolleys; discard and re wash linen programs. Linen stocktakes and express linen services are also available during those busy periods.
Our customer service and development manager has over 13 years experience and qualifications in hotel and housekeeping management and is able to provide daily feedback and support. We will work with you to develop a service program that suits your operation and budget to get the best results.
